I hear it quite often my dog is only a Labrador it only has short hair but a Labrador is more than just a bath, their coat is double coated which sheds a lot of hair, their coat is very waterproof so makes it a lot more work to bath and get clean, before a labrador can even go in the bath we spend considerable time grooming out your dog to rid of excess dead loose coat which can be a lot of hard work and time consuming
